I have used Zip Mechanical to install my AC and had a great experience. Recently, I had them do maintenance on both my furnace and AC and they found out that I need to replace my capacitors sooner rather than later and showed me what the reading was. They were able to get me in right away and get them replaced. The prices are reasonable and customer service was good compared to other bigger local HVAC companies that seem to overcharge.
Zip Reliable Heating and Cooling came through for me in a timely manner. We didn't need to replace our forced air furnace but it was about 15 years old as my wife and I were planning to relocate after living in our beachfront home for many years. We had planned to sell our house and wanted to update to a more efficient furnace for the new owner as we had already remodeled and updated our house. I called several Heating and Cooling companies but decided to go with Zip after speaking with their sales manager, Gene Jackson. He came over to assess the condition and age of the furnace. These guys are quick and efficient. I was referred to them by a friend and then once we started the process was smooth and i completed the project with no hick up. They are professional and excellent at communication. Will definitely refer whoever is looking to have their HVAC done.
