My husband and I decided we could do electrical on our own, which surprise, surprise, we (meaning me), caused an entire row of outlets to go dead. I made my appointment with the owner and had Travis and Spencer show up the next day. Their quick troubleshooting narrowed down the problem and it was fixed within the hour. They also installed two new outlets for more of our renovation projects quickly, too. I absolutely enjoyed these two professionals. They took time to ask me questions, show me what a correctly wired outlet looks like (oops!) and kept in communication with me throughout the entire process. At one point, I was working on my laptop upstairs and I appreciated when they let me know they needed to turn power off so I wouldn’t lose my work. They were great and very respectful of my home. I appreciate their quality work and I love that we supported a family owned business. I’m happy everything is fixed and working again! I will call them again for any electrical needs in the future. These guys are now my go to!
Dave came out in a very short timeframe to help restore power to my home today. He even helped argue with PSE when they tried to pass blame back to me. I have had horrible experiences in the past with electricians and will never call anyone, but Reinhart going forward. First Class service for sure.
