My friend and I came to this salon for hair coloring after agreeing on a price a week earlier. However, before starting the service they never mentioned any price change, and after finishing they charged us almost double.
The color we asked for did not turn out well, and even worse, my friend’s scalp was burned and developed blisters.
When we explained that this was unfair and the price should have been discussed before starting, they became very angry and behaved aggressively. At one point they even pushed my friend and locked the door.
Overall, it was a very upsetting experience and we left with a very bad impression

The worst experience I have ever had at a hair salon. The hairstylist fried my hair with her blow dryer and flat iron. I specifically asked for no styling since I never use heat in my hair. She said she had to flat iron to make sure the hair is even. She also didn’t cut the way that I wanted her to cut my hair. Today was waste of time, money, and now I have to live with this bad hair cut until my hair grows back.

Such a horrible experience at this place. I went in for a blunt bob. I asked for no layers and no styling. They did the opposite of what I asked. Instead of a blunt straight bob, I now have a bowl cut. If you care about your hair, please don’t come here.

An absolutely phenomenal Hair Salon. Me and my two sons went there numerous amount of times and they always maintain the consistency with high quality haircuts, efficient and courteous. I absolutely recommend it to all of my friends and relatives. 👍❤️

The stylist was inconsiderate and rushing too much at a point of risk and hurt. There was no long line so there's no reason for a person to rush when cutting a person's hair. No clean ups, no consideration or rapport, it's a totally bad service.
