This is the best place that I've ever been to! Rachel, Nina and the rest of the crew are extremely talented. They treat everyone with respect and kindness. I've been a customer for over a year now and I will be a lifelong customer as long as they're on business.
i’ve been coming here for 3-4 years now. the new girls aren’t very attentive. i had went to get my nails fixed because the previous girl who did my nails smeared chrome across what was supposed to be just polka dot chrome. my nails also didn’t have a gloss finish. it looked awful. instead she chromed-out my entire nail and STILL CURED IT? you can see my left hand had splotchy polka dots and the second picture the chrome was just smeared everywhere. the fact it took 2 hours for this simple set is criminal. she redid the star and the polka dots like 3 times. if she wasn’t able to do it, she should’ve just communicated that or switched with someone else. when i... read full review
I had such an amazing experience at Lotus Nails Spa and honestly can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a very welcoming attitude. The staff are incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely care about their clients’ comfort and satisfaction. They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions without being pushy.
