I had a great experience yesterday with Dr. Kosnoski and the front desk staff. I had something stuck on my eye-literally stuck I tried everything to get it out. Probably a piece of plaster or drywall since we are renovating our house (always wear your PPE folks). Never having experienced this before I walked in simply to ask what to do, or thought I’d need to make an appointment to come back. They were able to squeeze me in for a medical service. After some numbing drops and a some tool later- Dr. Kosnoski got the item off my eye and told me it was good I came in cause I wouldn’t have gotten it off myself. I brought my developmentally disabled son to get his eyes checked. I had put it off for years because he is very fearful of any doctor. Everyone in the office from the front desk to the tech to Dr. Hontz were extremely patient with him. He participated way better than I thought he would. We will definitely be going back.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Kosnoski Eye Care – Renton, and I must say that it was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating ordeal. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, I encountered nothing but incompetence and a complete lack of empathy from the staff.First and foremost, the company canceled my appointment not once, but twice, all because I was a mere 10 minutes late. The first cancellation occurred a couple of years ago when I was a new patient at their clinic.
