I had a great experience yesterday with Dr. Kosnoski and the front desk staff. I had something stuck on my eye-literally stuck I tried everything to get it out. Probably a piece of plaster or drywall since we are renovating our house (always wear your PPE folks). Never having experienced this before I walked in simply to ask what to do, or thought I’d need to make an appointment to come back. They were able to squeeze me in for a medical service. After some numbing drops and a some tool later- Dr. Kosnoski got the item off my eye and told me it was good I came in cause I wouldn’t have gotten it off myself. I brought my developmentally disabled son to get his eyes checked. I had put it off for years because he is very fearful of any doctor. Everyone in the office from the front desk to the tech to Dr. Hontz were extremely patient with him. He participated way better than I thought he would. We will definitely be going back.
I had a great experience with doctor Kosonski! First young female eye doctor I’ve ever had and I will definitely be back to see her!!Would love to see some changes in the office-1. Using physical Paper for questionnaires is super wasteful, not secure and archaic. Online paperwork is more efficient and secure. Makes me feel safer as a customer with my medical information.2. The No food and drink policy in the office - can you get a water tank for your customers please? Or allow us to bring in our own water at least?3.
