Jay and Jay towing helped me out a great deal ! Saved me hassle and hundreds of dollars. The driver was very knowledgeable and actually help me get my car back in good condition in such a timely manner ! A tow was even necessary, just a new battery ! He was so kind and informative!

I woke to a flat tire. A series of mishaps, including my roadside assistance being unavailable because of a tech glitch, I went to google to find help. Called Jay and he was to me in 15 minutes. That in itself is a huge feat in a day of 30 min - 2hr wait times. Coupled with his wonderful customer service, knowledge of what needed to happen and fast service, I felt confident heading off to the tire shop for a repair. It felt like my neighbor had come by and helped me out. You know. You feel seen, held and heard. Thanks Jay. You are the best and I cannot more highly recommend him.
