This was my first introduction to hot yoga and it has been fantastic. The instructors and staff are welcoming and kind. No issues with finding parking nearby, especially with the designated studio spots. It's a convenient large studio.

Have been going to this place for years, and I try not to ever miss the sound bath sessions with Adam, among all the amazing sessions and teachers. They are truly amazing here, and I will drag all my friends to a session eventually! 🥰

I’ve been coming here for a little over two years now, and I absolutely love it. Each instructor has their own unique style, which keeps every class fresh and challenging.
The studio is spacious, always clean, and has such a welcoming vibe. Everyone from the staff to the members is friendly and encouraging. Easily my favorite place to reset and recharge.
