Came in today to establish care. Everyone (and I mean everyone) was so nice. I saw Emily Burch who was very kind and listened to my concerns. I feel like for the first time in a long time I was actually listened to.

I received extraordinarily poor care here. Dr. Dassel did not understand the symptoms I was describing and conducted painful, unnecessary physical exams that left me with pain I didn’t have before the visit. The doctor was clueless as to what was going on despite previous providers at other locations being able to quickly address my symptoms. I ended up wasting months here with no relief. The only positive thing I can say is that the doctor referred me for a second opinion from someone with more competence, knowledge, and skill. I urge you in the strongest possible terms not to visit here for any sports medicine concerns.

My appointment was canceled. Never have I ever had any dental or doctor do this. Very unprofessional regardless if its a floating doctor or not

After about 8 months and a slew of appointments, I can confidently say that HealthPoint Renton is fantastic. Everybody that I've spoken to so far has been very patient and caring. There's only been one small hiccup with scheduling and it was after my doctor desperately tried accommodating a last minute issue, so I truly can't hold that against them. This clinic is much more approachable and easier to schedule an appointment within a reasonable amount of time too. Great all around. Shout-out to Dr. Barbour for being awesome.

This place , Renton community center , is a joke , I took an acid test for my stomach , something went wrong , as I understand the lab couldn't get a reading on the test , so they said I have to take another test so I go in for my test and I was told the test was cancelled and I'd have to make a appointment for another test!! I've concluded they don't know what they're doing , I'm worried because these people are going to cause someone's death by constant mistakes , for the sake of humanity I'd never recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

Don’t know how to pick up the phone. You are waiting for 45 minutes minimum because someone does not want to pick up or there is no one at the desk which is weird because they have at least 5 front desks

I love this office my doctor who is Dr Stella is amazing and anyone else I see has been kind. Dr stella is also my husband's and 4 children's doctor and I wouldn't have it any other way. She is most compassionate understanding doctor I have ever met. She always listens and helps with every need!❤️❤️❤️
