The staff was so kind and gentle to us and our kitty in his last days. I would definitely return for future care of my pets

On December 5th 2025, we took our dog to their urgent care, we had such a great experience and felt like they really listened to us about our fur babies problems. They were so willing to help us as well, knowing how families are struggling right now with bills along with finding the right solutions to help our fur babies out.. (the last vet we went to didn't care about our dog nor money issues and drained our pockets by giving us the least amount of medication that didn't even help our baby and wanted us to come back for another visit that would have cost us another arm and leg) ..well booster pet is understanding and gives you budget friendly options that help your fur baby! πŸ₯°πŸ₯° the last place cost us 700$ and not enough medicine and wanted us to do another visit that would have cost the same 2 weeks after that appointment that broke us..this vet works with chewy to get you cheaper medication and are willing to give you prescriptions so you can get them cheaper. And if you have something that needs continued care their membership SAVES you hundreds!!! 😁

When a stray kitten was found caught in a neighbor’s rat trap, my regular vet recommended Booster Pet for same-day care. The team supported her through multiple visits as they worked to save her leg, and when amputation became the best option, I felt completely confident having them perform the surgery.

Dr. Hanson has been wonderful. He’s always treated her with such genuine gentleness and affection, and he’s been consistently kind and patient with meβ€”taking time to explain each step and answer every question. Thanks to his care, she’s now thriving.

I’m very grateful to Dr. Hanson and the entire Booster Pet team and highly recommend them.

Our cat came home limping tonight after what looked like a fight with another cat. His back foot was swollen, and by evening, we were worried enough to rush to an emergency vet β€” even though they were closing in about 20 minutes. We arrived 10 minutes before closing, no appointment, and fully expected to be turned away.

Instead, the team welcomed us in, informed us of other places we could go at this late hour, and agreed to take a look at our cat's paw before we had to make that decision. They examined our cat right away, found a bite, shaved and cleaned the area, and gave us clear guidance on what to watch for over the next few days. They even offered to help the next day if things got worse.

Their willingness to help at the very end of their long day meant everything to us. We left feeling reassured and cared for β€” a huge relief on Black Friday night. We're incredibly grateful for their professionalism and care. Highly recommend this clinic!

Whatever receptionist you have working today is extremely rude!! Did not bother to say her name but acts as if answering the phone is an inconvenience. No pleasantries or anything.

Took my mini poodle, spent $2000 & never got an answer what was wrong with him. They never called me back with exams results. So disappointed. I dont like to complain but this is my little guys health.
