Despite having graduated from high school and only being able to come back to the dojo on weekends during college, I still look forward to going every week. This is the one place that hasn’t changed while everything else is changing like crazy. It’s a place that always feels like a safe space to come back to.
Both my kids have been training here for nearly 5 years, and we absolutely love our school and sanseis. Our kids have grown not only in physical strength but also in confidence and integrity. Martial art is the best way to have not only sport activity for kids, but also a life time hobby and a place to find friends. All sanseis know how to work with kids, how to support their physical and mental health . Sensei Jack, sensei Brandan and Sensei Sam are wonderful teachers.
If I could I would add more stars. It is the best place to learn Karate. My son enjoyed so very much to learn from sensei Jack, he uses positive reinforcement to teach, they are good, the teachers have a good heart to teach children. Unfortunately, my son is no longer going because we moved, we will keep you guys in our hearts. Thank you sensei Brian you did a wonderful job as head master of Redmond location.
