I’ve only had one visit so far, but I highly recommend Dr. Aurora Andromeda. This isn’t my first time seeing a naturopath or acupuncturist. She took the time to listen to my health concerns and get to know me so she could best serve me. It was an exceptional experience. She’s easygoing and highly knowledgeable in acupuncture and East Asian medicine. She quickly diagnosed and recommended several areas for improvement in one session. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Aurora, and I highly recommend her as a health care provider.

I was really surprised by my experience here. I went in for a 15-minute consult, since I was looking for an acupuncturist and Swiss accepted my insurance.
Going in, the facility is spotless and nicely furnished - very modern and clean. I was seated in a treatment room and asked to fill out medical history forms, which I did. I was seeking relief from stress and digestive problems. The doctor came in, and reviewed my form, asked a couple of brief questions, let me know that they don't treat anyone who doesn't make an ongoing commitment, and that my problems couldn't be resolved with acupuncture alone. I would need to go on a Chinese herb program, which cost $700 for the first month, and $400 for each additional month, with four to five months recommended for my specific complaints. No, none of that is covered by insurance.
Interestingly, a friend of mine also went there for a consult within a week of me, but for very different complaints: significant ear pain that is not responding to conventional medicine. She was told ... the exact same thing I was, right down to the identical handout with price breakdown.
If was looking for a cure using traditional Chinese medicine, but that isn't what they are selling here. I cannot vouch for the quality of the services, because the price and slick marketing feel of the whole thing sent me looking elsewhere.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Aurora for acupuncture almost every Saturday for close to a year now, and she has played a huge role in helping me maintain my overall health. What really stands out is how much she genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes the time to check, listen carefully, and adjust treatments based on how I’m feeling each week. It’s clear that she truly wants to help me get better, not just treat symptoms.
Her treatments have been especially effective in relieving muscle tension and pain caused by stress, and I always leave feeling noticeably better — both physically and mentally.
I’ve also received care from Dr. Xiao and Dr. Chen, who have provided excellent support with both acupuncture and herbal treatments. All three practitioners are highly professional, knowledgeable, and kind.
I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for effective and truly compassionate care.

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. Dr. Andromeda has been instrumental in helping me address multiple health concerns, especially pain management and overall wellness. I am so amazed by her skills and knowledge. The treatments are effective and tailored to my needs, and I’ve noticed immediate and faster results after.
I also want to recognize the amazing admin staff member Preston who is always incredibly warm, thoughtful and passionate about her job! Her team go out of their way to make each visit easy and welcoming. This clinic truly cares about their patients, and I’m so grateful to have found them.

My ENT referred me for Acupuncture therapy for a swollen lymph node under my neck. I have seen Dr Andromeda thrice now and she is very knowledgeable and thorough in what she does. She also has knowledge about Ayurveda and is able to relate the concepts to TCM while explaining the cause and effect of the condition. She also suggested accurate examples of foods to eat and avoid. She is patient, compassionate and very intuitive while understanding the problem. My lymph node has started to shrink after the first three visits and I would definitely recommend this place.

Highly recommend Swiss Acupucture and Dr Xiao. I’ve been coming regularly and have seen great improvement of my mental and physical health. Dr Xiao is easygoing and very knowledgeable about things and she offers great suggestion for Asian bodies/common problems etc. The manager Preston is also very helpful and super friendly :)
