Dr. Yanling Xiao, the owner, takes the time to carefully examine patients' medical histories and tailors treatments to address the root causes of their pain. Patients have reported significant relief from back pain, nerve pain, and trigeminal neuralgia after receiving treatments. The clinic also offers acupuncture and cupping services, and the acupuncturists, such as Dr. Andromeda, are kind, gentle, and experienced. Patients have noticed improvements in their digestion and reduced cravings for sweets after their sessions. The front desk staff are also described as very helpful and kind. While the clinic has many strengths, some patients have reported that the experience around the appointments can be a bit hit or miss, with long wait times and a slightly chaotic and cramped atmosphere. However, if convenience or insurance coverage is a priority, Swiss Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine is still worth considering.
