I got a classic full set here recently and was disappointed with both the service and the communication afterward. My eyes were burning throughout the appointment, which has never happened to me at any other lash studio. When I got home, the lashes looked extremely natural -- much lighter and flatter than any classic set I've ever had. When I reached out about it, the responses quickly became dismissive. I was told she wouldn't redo the set, and that if she made one adjustment and I still wasn't satisfied, she would not make any further corrections. She also warned me that adding curl might cause my lashes to "touch my eyebrows," and then later said it "might not," depending on my face shape -- which didn't make me feel very confident or comfortable. On top of that, trying to schedule a time for the adjustment felt incredibly unaccommodating. I've been getting lash extensions for a while and have never had a lash tech refuse to correct their work in a helpful or professional way. Between the burning during the appointment, the underwhelming results, and the unwillingness to properly address my concerns, I ultimately decided not to return. I can't recommend this place.

I got my first lash extension with Alice, she did a great job gave me what I wanted! She was so gentle the lashes last very long now I’m obsessed with the lash extension, it makes my life so much easier in the morning and I feel pretty every time I look at my lashes thank you Alice. See you soon.

I had an amazing experience here. The studio is clean, the staff is friendly, and the artist Bonnie took time to explain every step of the microblading process. My brows look natural and beautiful – I’m so happy with the result!

One of the best places I've found to get lashes done in the area! Service is quality, full hybrid lashes took under an hour, lashes stay put for 4-6 weeks unlike other places where they tend to shed 2-3 weeks in or twist downwards and price is right. Highly recommend!
