Phoebe is hands down one of the best barbers I’ve ever been to. She really took her time and paid attention to every detail, and it shows—I walked out looking fantastic. She completely fixed my rough, overgrown beard and made it look clean and sharp again. On top of that, she washed my hair and made the whole experience feel relaxed and professional. Honestly, she’s just an absolute joy to be around—great energy, great conversation, and amazing skill. Highly recommend!

It’s nearly impossible to visit Ruby Barbershop unless you’re a Microsoft employee. They require special access arrangements, which is already absurd. Instead of helping customers get into the salon and receive the service they booked, the staff start imposing conditions like, “We’ll only provide part of the service, and only if you can get here within 10 minutes.”
When I refused that option, they still charged me a late fee, even though I had arrived on time in the first place. Overall, the service is quite poor, and I would not recommend this barbershop.

Folks doesn't know the how to cut properly. Just cut the hairs in a straight line rather than doing it in layers when already had layers in hair.

I’ll spend some time in the area every year and I’m so glad to have randomly booked with Mina. She did a fantastic job figuring out what I wanted and cutting it on my first appointment. She kept notes so she knew exactly how to cut it the second time I showed up. Changed it up a bit and she still knew just what to do the third time I showed up. It’s like I’ve been going there for years!! Highly recommended!!

They do not have a dedicated receptionist, so don't count on in person service or for your calls to be picked up.
