I have owed this company a review for several years for what has to be at this point hundreds of wonderfully completed jobs with nothing but the absolute most top notch care, skill and customer service exhibited. Over seeing several Seattle area 300 plus unit multi family properties I have always and frequently called on rooter pal for help and even in the worst emergencies at the worst times they have never ever let me down in the smallest of way . These guys are top notch in character, charitable, helpful and friendly all around we are lucky to have them as neighbors. Truly nothing they can’t handle !

The plumbing company I called to make my emergency leak detection and repair canceled at the last minute. I called Frank and he promptly came to my rescue. He diagnosed the problem quickly and offered me repair options. My leak was solved within an hour. I highly recommend him for his promptness, knowledge and integrity.

I had an outstanding experience with Frank from RooterPal and can’t recommend him highly enough.
I initially reached out about an issue with inconsistent hot water in our shower. I had already replaced the cartridge, but that didn’t solve the problem. Based on further investigation, it seemed like the valve itself might be faulty. Another plumber who came by quoted around $2,000 for a complex repair that would involve breaking through tile or accessing the valve from behind the shower—so I was preparing for a major job.
