The pads on my glasses fell off (after someone stepped on my glasses by accident). I went to Redmond Eye Doctors and they replaced them in 5 mins at no charge. I’ve been a patient there for years and I felt appreciated. Thank you!

This office has the nicest staff! I have always had the most thorough eye exams here, with state-of-the-art technology. The technician helping with eyeglass selection was so helpful and knowledgeable. It's hard to find good customer service these days, but it's alive and well here.

Great place. Everyone I interacted with was super helpful. Eye exam included multiple machines and was very thorough. Final part of eye exam included even more gizmos and plenty of one-on-one time with the eye doctor. Was then shown lots of eyewear options, including potential add-ons & upgrades. All in all, very professional.
