One was "nice", but it seemed like the "recommendations" from my visits always led to additional care and costs which I couldn't tell were really necessary or not. The other I tried during COVID times and the cleanliness did not feel up to par. I finally discovered Redmond Dental and was so grateful to find a dentist practice where I felt like I could truly trust their care, recommendations, and facility conditions! I had an excellent experience at Redmond Dental. Dr. Jennifer Tung is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit.
The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out. I would especially like to recognize Korina, who was incredibly thorough and caring. She paid close attention to every detail, made sure I was comfortable, and demonstrated a level of compassion and professionalism that truly stood out.
I had my first appointment today, looking for a new dentist after my dentist of 35 years retired. Hygienist Ally did a fantastic job with my cleaning and assessment, pain free!! Dr Jenny spent the time introducing herself and asking me about my patient history, performing a very thorough examination. first time I have ever walked out of the dentist with a smile! Exceeded expectations, I will be back!
