I contacted Pearce Heating & A/C to give me a quote on a heat pump or A/C for my tri-level home. I had the pleasure of having Brian, the owner, come out and provide me with the quote. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and came up with a thoughtful cost-effective hybrid solution. While I ultimately ended up going with a different contractor (because I'm a bit of an HVAC nerd and wanted a more robust, complicated, and expensive solution), I think the vast majority of homeowners would've been happy with the performance Brian's solution would deliver at a fraction of the price point.
Pearce Heating & Air Conditioning just installed a heat pump for me, replacing an existing central AC. I contacted Pearce because they were a local company, had good reviews, and supported my choice of brands. The system has been installed for about two weeks. Brian's 'sales' call was more educational than sales. His explanation of the system I had and the issues which needed to be addressed to have an efficient heat pump system was so clear and convincing that I felt I had better ponder for a couple days rather than signing immediately on the dotted line. Jake and Victor installed a new Honeywell air filtration system and Bryant High Efficiency natural gas furnace for us on 12/26/25. They were on time and worked without a break until the job was done and its performance tested and confirmed. We are totally pleased by the service provided by Pearce.
