They came out on a Sunday and replaced the bad capacitor on my AC unit to get it back up and running on a relatively hot day (85F+) to save me another warm night of loud fan noise. Showed up on time, quick professional service. Worth it!
Our furnace went out on a Friday night. We called Overlake, and Robert called us right back. He did a quick diagnosis over the phone, and he arranged to have his representative at our home the next morning. Brian showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, due to the age of the furnace, a replacement furnace made the most sense. Because we have used Overlake for many years, Robert knew our system and house size, so he was able to give us an immediate estimate, which we thought was a very good price. These guys are great, had an issue with the factory on a new heat pump and they went above and beyond to get the manufacturer to replace the defective unit. And while waiting on the manufacturer they had to come out multiple times to band aide the failing unit until and keep our house comfortable. Great guys and amazing customer service, cannot say enough about them.
