I have used Overlake since 2019 in two different homes. In addition to routine maintenance, I have had an entire A/C system installed which included electrical and gas line work, which was difficult due to the location in a narrow hallway closet. I have also had them replace a condenser in another system. Recently, they replaced a gas water heater with a tankless system. This was a difficult installation due to the location in the center of the house and the need to install intake and exhaust pipes to the exterior of the house. Just want you to know that your guys did a wonderful job installing the new water heater. They were polite, they listen to me, and were efficient in doing the job. I want you to know how pleased I am.
Overlake Heating recently installed a tank-less water heater for us and I wanted to share our positive experience with them.
Every aspect of the purchase/service was far above expectations after a disappointing dozen or so years of service from some of the big name HVAC firms in the Puget Sound area.
The bid-process/pre-sales support from Rob was great. He was able to bid the job based on photos and emails and didn't require a site visit. He was prompt in replying to my emails and patient and helpful in answering questions without an ounce of sales pressure.
