Visit was a pre-quote inspection to prepare bid for HVAC / gas furnace replacement. Tom D. was on time, respectful of property, and highly knowledgeable. He was very well versed in assessing the structure for different types of solutions and recommending alternatives.

Planem (the tech) was prompt and extremely courteous. He took the time to explain (and fix) why the A/C was not cooling the house effectively. He did not try and upsell any additional services, rather just educated me on options. Highly recommend Planem and Home Comfort Alliance for routine maintenance
