The Medical Spa NW has THE best customer service! They are so genuine and make themselves readily available for any questions, or concerns you may have regarding your body or treatments! Response times are always faster and more personable than you would expect from a Medical Center. I definitely recommend them.

I've been here several times now and I can't believe the change in my body! Not only have I seen amazing results on my midsection , but the pricing is very reasonable and the experience is fantastic. The first day I had work done I was in there for about 3 hours. Not only did they fuss over every little detail to make me as comfortable as possible but they brought me a lunch menu from a restaurant, ordered what I wanted, paid for it and delivered it to my bedside!!! After coming here I am SO SO glad I did not go to a plastic surgery joint to have this work done. For sure I felt like a queen for a day the times I have made this visit. Thank you Medical Spa NW, for your Coolsculpting service. For those thinking of having this procedure, I highly recommend this office. They are thorough, knowledgeable, great customer service and very private. I went in for my consultation spoke about my target areas, they listened and they gave me the results that I wanted to achieve. If you are considering coolsculpting, Medical Spa NW is the place to have it done!!
