I have had a mixed experience getting haircuts at Great Clips. It really varies by location and the stylist. I would say that I had one of the better haircut experiences at this location. Though the waiting time listed online does not seem accurate at all. There was an insane waiting time online for this location when I checked in the parking lot. But when I entered the store, there was no one there so I got my hair cut right away.

Mahgis is amazing! She cut both my kids’ hair, and they had the best experience ever. She’s so friendly, kind, and patient, with the most positive and welcoming energy. I highly recommend her to everyone—she’s truly the best!

My wife and I went to Great Clips in Duvall in the morning on a Monday. Best time to go as there were two stylists waiting with no customers ! Both were very nice and competent. Don't forget to tip these people!
