Just wanted to shout out to hygienist Leslie! She is so gentle so detail oriented and professional! She even use lukewarm water to spray the roots just so clients feel comfortable. A little details tells a lot!

One of the best practices around the area. Everyone from the front staff, to assistants and the dentists are fantastic. They give you all the data upfront and never pressure you into anything unnecessary.

I thought I’d found a very nice office However when I tried to make a second appointment allegedly nothing was available for 3 months. So I did a little experiment, having someone else call for an appointment who was able to get an appointment in two weeks. Let’s see I have double insurance So that can’t be the issue. I wasn’t very talkative in the office but I don’t think that was it. Wow I wonder what it really was 🙄 the history of the medical help I’ve seen in Redmond !

Dr. Trexler has been my dentist for more than 15 years. I have referred a couple friend to them over the years and they are all very happy with Dr. Trexler and his dental hygienists!

I went there expecting a normal dental cleaning, the hygienist just wasted my time and only did 10 minutes worth of very surface level quick cleaning out of the whole hour I was scheduled for. She wasted a lot of time just measuring the pockets and hesitating about what cleaning procedure should be done and even asking me where the tartar was. I mean with all that checking and prior pictures and x-rays she could have seen that herself and knew what to do instead of wasting another 45 minutes just diagnosing. In addition to not being professional, she also lacked empathy. In the 10 remaining minutes and in order to catch up with her next appointment, she just applied polish and some scaling here and there which she didn't seem like she wanted to do I had to debate with her and convince her that it can be done even without through root planning. I have had far more efficient and professional cleanings before where they went through my whole mouth each tooth one at a time. I can also see a lot of inconsistencies in the hygienist diagnosis with that of the main dentist on the first visit. The office is modern and clean but the quality of the treatments lacking professionalism and empathy makes the whole thing not worth it. I mean no matter what, even if someone has a really bad teeth (and my teeth are not really that bad), everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and empathy. I would not come back here ever again.
