Hired them to replace the front door on my condo. They showed up on time, knocked out the job within the time estimate and installed the new door knob I had purchased. Great work, reasonable price, no complaints!
Well where do I begin... We were looking to do a massive addition to our 1700 Sq Ft Rambler in the East Renton Highlands. This is a project we have wanted to do for many years. Well after COVID the time was right. . We decided on adding more liviving space as well as a new garage turning our little rambler into a 3500 sq ft updated rambler.
After consulting with a architect we began to look for contractors. This was a process that I would not reccommend to anyone! Referrals are the key, however after spinning our wheels somehow we stumbled into Emerald City Contruction.
