I'm very disappointed with the service at this salon. They didn’t do what I asked for and didn't listen to my requests. One of the staff members made my hair look terrible. I trusted them, but now I’m really unhappy with the result.

They do an excellent job! I don’t understand the low reviews. I tried a higher-rated place, and both my kids ended up with terrible haircuts. I started asking people in a street with great looking hair where they got it done - that’s how I found this place, and you can see result. Now, both my kids and I get our haircuts here.

Way overpriced considering the quality of service. Gave the lady a picture of myself for reference before she started but ended up very disappointed after taking a close look back home.

I do not recommend going to this barber shop. The business service is very poor and there is no integrity. I had an appointment for a haircut at 5:30, but when I arrived I found out that it was a double booking and I had to wait for another 25 minutes.

The lady took two phone calls during my haircut. One is business related which is understandable. However the other phone call is personal affair and she talked on the phone for ~3mins and came back without any hint of apology. The haircut took much longer than I expected. I knew this cannot be cheap, BTW there is no price information within the store, but I was still a shocked when she showed me the # on the CC reader. Haircut is OK but IMOP definately not worthy of 55$+tip for a simple man's cut. Will not go back again.

We stumbled upon this little salon on our way to my son's kungfu class and what a find!!! Jacky is amazing and my 8 year old son always requests him when making an appointment for him. You just have to show him a picture and he's able to replicate exactly! The salon is primarily run by Chinese speaking staff members and if you speak the language, good for you but if you don't, don't let the language barrier curb you from going there! Take a picture of the haircut you'd like and let Jacky do the rest. Everyone there are super friendly to boot.

This shop does okay haircuts, but the biggest problem is that it doesn't respect customers' time. They will double book and make you wait without telling you in advance.
I waited for half an hour today, and then another friend who went home to wait and came back to cut cut me in front and asked me to wait. Do I have to wait more than an hour for a haircut? But now I have to wait at least half an hour every time I come.
Although they can apply for a card at a discount and the price is not bad, it is still not cost-effective to waste so much time in the long term.

I had to wait a long time before my turn, even though I called and booked a time slot. There was a huge communication gap as the hair stylists didn’t speak English too well.The hair trim was decent but I felt it was over priced.

The haircut is just ok, but the service is terrible. Not sure how they get such high ratings at Google.The stylists are arrogant, and the reservation system is horrible. I waited and observed how they treat their customers for over 30 minutes, and they cut everyone’s hair the same way. My haircut is just so so, and I can get better haircut with 30% lower price just few blocks away. They also bragged that they are the best stylists around this region, but ironically, the reverse is true.They do have lots of returned customers, but I would encourage these customers to try other salons if they are comfortable speak English (no offensive to other languages, as I did not speak English in this salon either).For the same price, we can get much better haircut and service at many other places. Try to explore and find some other salons.
