I love this studio! I started here 15 years ago as a prenatal student and I've been here ever since. All the teachers are great and there are so many different options. And if you are looking for a teacher training program they have an amazing program too!

It’s an awesome yoga studio to have classes. I usually had my yoga strength and stretch class on Monday evening with Kim, and it’s quite helpful for me. Kim is not only giving instructions but also keeping an eye on everyone’s postures. She is so good at explaining how postures connect to the muscles and it is helpful to get the posture right without hurting myself.Highly recommend to people who want to get started on yoga!
