Jay at Costco optical is amazing! He was super thorough with my two children making sure the lens and frames fit and sit well. He checked every detail and ensured no mistakes. We will be bringing everyone in our family here.

I do not care about how my glasses look. I have used Costco for the last 20 years, but my wife wanted to dress me up, so I bought some glasses at a local shop and was surprised at the price. My wife decided she needed some new glasses and went to Costco before she looked elsewhere, but she found everything she wanted at Costco. Jay guided her through about a dozen pairs of glasses. She found the frames she liked and added bifocals and tinting lenses for half of what I paid. I am sorry I didn't shop there.

It is true that the wait is a little long, they only have 3 or 4 people working at a time.
However, service and quality is excellent. Shout out to Mr. Terry who's always immensely knowledgeable and helpful about what's best to do.
