Unlike private practices, Costco Optical only sells what customers need, with no pressure to buy more. For contact lenses, Costco is often the cheapest option, even after manufacturer rebates. Shipping may take up to two weeks, but customers appreciate the lack of high-pressure sales tactics. Overall, Costco Optical is a trustworthy and customer-centric option for eye care and glasses.
Sam helped me with my first ever experience getting glasses. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He both helped me pick out the perfect pair of frames, while also helping me to understand and optimize the use of my insurance. All this while handling an extremely busy line of people. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the wait was very long due to them being short staffed during a busy Friday night, but neither employee sacrificed the quality of their customer service despite being understaffed. Big props to Sam, thank you!!
Jay was extremely professional with great attention to detail. Jay took the time to fix two pairs of glasses I had purchased to ensure the did not wear on my ear anymore. Thank you again Jay.
