Chavez Cleaning did a great job for us with regard to a bad carpet issue. I was impressed with their proactive communication before and after the appointment. Although the stains we had were not completely removed Chavez did a good job reducing them a lot. The technician Javier explained in advance that given the type of stain that it was he might not be able to get it all out. I am a satisfied customer and would recommend them to anyone looking for carpet cleaning.

Javier is a pleasure to work with. He is enthusiastic, has a positive attitude, and is very customer oriented. During our three-day condo cleaning project, he very graciously altered his schedule to avoid a conflict with our trash pickup. The results of his work are always outstanding. The first two photos show before and after his work in one of our buildings. Chavez Cleaning Service has become one of the preferred vendors at our 9-building condo complex.
