My senior dog recently started having trouble walking. A previous vet prescribed arthritis medication, but I didn’t see any improvement. Dr. Canaway took the time to thoroughly examine her and discovered it might actually be a neurological injury. We’re now seeing a specialist. I’m so grateful, not only for the care they gave my pup, but for truly listening when I said the medication wasn’t helping.
Great experience here. All the staff are wonderful! Dr. Loptien takes care of both our pets, & she is incredibly kind, professional, gentle, & knowledgeable. I'm really pleased that whenever we visit Brookfield, every part of the process is clearly geared towards minimizing the animals' fear & discomfort as much as possible, & keeping the humans informed & closely involved every step of the way. They obviously care deeply about animals' well being, & they've absolutely earned my trust. Thank you, Brookfield!
We have been taking our cats to Brookfield for semi-annual checkups for many years and have appreciated the care they receive there and the range of services offered. The vets remember our kitties at each visit and treat them like family, with genuine concern for their overall health and well-being. It's also nice to be able to get blood and fecal tests, vaccinations, physical exams, dental cleanings, and injections at the same facility and with the same thoughtful staff on our visits.
They are conveniently located in Redmond with easy parking. The online storefront is also very handy and quick for getting prescriptions and medications approved... read full review
