The customer service is very good. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have never had an issue with quality of work. They take the time to understand what you need and work hard to accomplish the job. They are great people and accomplished small business owners

Expensive new jumpsuit ruined before I could even wear it!Attaching pictures because I just can’t believe how horrible this looks.Jumpsuit with unique trim (see pics of straps) I needed hemmed a few inches. Instead of reattaching the original hem they just lopped it off and sloppily rehemmed.I say sloppily, and I mean it. Uneven stitching and they clearly didn’t even bother to set the thread tension correctly or lay the material flat when hemming, resulting in these ripples in several spots.They didn’t even hem it to the same width as the original hem (1 ½ inches).Owner blamed me, saying if I wanted the original hem maintained I should have specified.
