Husband called BelRed during the holidays for an exterior outlet issue to get our hot tub up and running, as well as fix another indoor outlet issue. (Hot tub had stopped working suddenly after recent outage, but family in town for holidays wanted to soak!) They sent Oscar who was awesome to work with and even came back the next day to make sure everything was working smoothly - Didn't want to leave us without a working garage door. Thank you, Oscar!!
Yes, BelRed was pricey, but they were thorough and did a great job - even over New Year's Eve.

Ian MacDonald came by to check out a loose connection and a failing connection. Both issues were investigated thoroughly and explained well, a device was replaced, and I know more about how to avoid similar issues in the future. Very professional, and I am happy with the service provided.
