Be One Yoga Studio Redmond

One of the few places in the greater Seattle area where you can practice the 90 minute 26x2 hot yoga series. Great studio, great instructors, great vibe. I'm so very thankful for this place!

I've been to here twice and have been a member at Be One Yoga Kirkland for a few years as well. The hot studio is quite nice. It feels very evenly heated and almost feels like a nice warm sauna.

I did a 90 minute Hatha class and Darci taught. Gave a lot of good pointers and understood my needs and suggested modifications as needed to get into some poses as I am a bit more stiff than most.

It is just getting started and classes are very open and the studio has a warm cozy vibe to it.

Love Be One and all of its teachers and I am SO GRATEFUL they have a Redmond location now. The previous studio’s space (Hot Yoga Sammamish) has been updated beautifully and the heat and humidity are perfectly drippy but not overwhelming. Lovely, strong energy. Thank you!!
