I feel so lucky to have found Arrow and Sword, and especially Ruby. I worked with her over multiple sessions, and every appointment was something I genuinely looked forward to. She’s one of those people who immediately puts you at ease—kind, welcoming, and so easy to spend time with.
Collaborating on my tattoo designs was such a great experience. Ruby listened to what I wanted while thoughtfully adding her own creativity, and every piece feels so me. Her line work is beautiful, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how each tattoo turned out.

I got a tattoo of my cat as a gangster with Plata today and it turned out absolutely perfect. He stayed very true to the original art I gave for reference, which made me feel heard at our prior consult. He also turned the AC on for me when he noticed I was getting hot, which was very appreciated! He is a kind, genuine, and silly guy, and a pleasure to be around and work with. I will 100% be coming back to get more tattoos with him!

i've been coming here annually for about 3 years now. the atmosphere is one of a kind; you seriously will not find a cooler shop. i could hang out in there all day just looking at all of the oddities around the place. Daniel Skillingstead is who i book with regularly. the guy is a wizard. i've gotten intricate pieces done on hard to heal areas like the fingers, black & white, color, you name it. they all turn out incredible, and i'm happy with all of them years later. super professional, friendly, and efficient every time. that being said I chat with and look at the work all the other artists do & they are all extremely talented, fun to be around,... read full review
