I really enjoyed having Kayla as my hairdresser. I am very satisfied with the result of my haircut, it was clean and stylish! I appreciate how friendly Kayla is, we bonded over anime and she gave some great restaurant recommendations around Seattle. Thanks Kayla, I look forward to having my future haircut at 028 again. Plus, the free soda drink at the end was nice!
I’ve been coming here for a few years. It is very hit or miss depending on the stylist you get. New stylists are just bad. I’ve had several. Experienced stylists, like Gracjia, are great.
But to get the stylist you want, the waiting experience is twice as long. I’m snot sure why but I’ve tried twice to request a specific stylist. I’ve waiting for over an hour. When my name came up, I waiting another 45 to 60 minutes. No idea how they assign people on the waitlist when you request someone specific. For this reason, I’ll be looking for a different shop.
