Paul, the operator of this private business has been repairing appliances for over 40 years and it shows. Second - any other business will charge you just to come out. Usually around $130. They won't charge you ANYTHING unless they can fix it and the pricing is transparent and very reasonable. Additionally, they'll go as far as to explain what they are doing if you show an interest. Which is a bit ironic since I could comfortably say I could replace the heat element in my dryer myself moving forward because of that guidance. You rarely encounter this sort of pride and integrity with business anymore. He fixed my dryer, explained how it was done and came to my place 6 hours after calling at 3am (he called ME back) - easily the best $120 I've spent. This is the first comment I've left for any business.“
