If you’re a veteran and have been referred to this location, know that you will get the run around and will be misinformed or not informed at all. I was on hold this morning for over 20 minutes and realized that they forgot about me. If you need to get labs done, you will get different people giving you incorrect information which will cause you to drive around and get nothing done. Very incompetent people in the admin section of this place. For labs, go directly to Labcorp inside the Walgreens on Canyon Blvd. Find this out the hard way. They’re not open on Saturday and Walgreens on Meridian don’t do labs in their facility. You can also Google Labcorp for locations near your home. What a complete waste of my Friday!

WORST CLINIC 3 YEARS AND still cant wont help me.. keep giving me the runaround and can’t figure out what prep or anything to use with my allergies so told to be at clinic at 9 am to be told to ask the pharmacist and when I ask whats my options if they don’t know was told find another doctor! I have A Precancerous Condition Baretts Disease and not supposed to be without care and monitoring.. this dr didn’t know or care! Front desk nurses great but avoid Dr Ojeaburu like the plague!! Made me feel judged and like it was all my fault i have allergies! I’m so upset and traumatized.. he made me feel like he expects me to just make myself sick cause he thinks I’m crazy and lying so just go through my colonoscopy and endoscopy prep im allergic to and hope it or not doing procedures doesnt kill me. How can a dr that cant help with prep plan be trusted to perform said procedures???? I am finding a better safer kinder dr and pray that im ok

I would like to make it clear that the office and nursing staff at this office are polite and adequate. My main reason for the only 2 stars is due to Dr. Michael Lee. His bedside manners and ability to discuss delicate matters could use some work. Maybe he should take a cue from his staff.

This was my first time getting a colonoscopy. The front receptionist Christina was super nice and welcomed me in. The nurse Randi,Kelsey, Bev, Alexis in the back were super helpful. Great staff. The Gatorade and Miralax prep was easy and super simple process to follow.

I have had two Colonoscopy procedures before going to WAGI. I will never go back. First the scheduling is horrific waiting 3 months for the procedure. Second, the prep has a person fasting for two days with a seven step process for cleansing. A process that failed to fully cleanse. Then tried to get me to reschedule using the accepted 24hr cleans two more months later.I will never go back to them and I'm watching my insurance statement looking for a charge? I think they scam insurance companies as the Doctor wouldn't even speak to me. I will follow up with another post as my insurance statement comes in.

Shayla is very helpful. She always spends the time I need to answer my questions and concerns and never make me feel like she doesn't want to be there

Friendly, warm informative staff. I have yet to undergo 3 different but needed procedures but at this point I feel like I am in good, capable hands.Updated to add: I underwent both a Colonoscopy and an Endoscopy there.Wow! Both procedures were on the same day, and it couldn't have been easier! If I could give Washington Gastroenterology 6 stars, I would do so!
