Our furnace failed the week of Christmas. Valley Furnace answered right away, gave us a next day appointment (we had a wood stove so we could wait it out) and recommended a couple things we could try that might fix the issue ourselves.
when that didn't work they came out and fixed the problem within about 30 minutes, cheerfully explaining what was happening every step of the way. absolutely would recommend

Arrived promptly, installation was very neat and tidy and cleaned up afterwards. Very polite and efficient people that I dealt with, and explain how to operate the system before they left five star recommendation!

I have only great things to say about Valley Furnace. They had installed a gas furnace previously. Based on that experience, they were my first call when considering a heat pump. It took only a few days to get the bid, and the heat pump went in the next week. They even took care of the City’s rebate directly. I didn’t have to do a thing! They coordinated the electrical side of the project, so that worry was off my plate, too. I recommend Valley Furnace without hesitation. The entire team is terrific!
