Our furnace failed the week of Christmas. Valley Furnace answered right away, gave us a next day appointment (we had a wood stove so we could wait it out) and recommended a couple things we could try that might fix the issue ourselves. when that didn't work they came out and fixed the problem within about 30 minutes, cheerfully explaining what was happening every step of the way. absolutely would recommend
