They are very experienced and thorough. We really know what we are buying and feel confident we know the home.
John and David were at the house to inspect before I even got there. They introduced themselves and told me what to expect from my report. They were very friendly, informative and explained everything so I could understand. They showed me things that needed to be taken care of that I would never have seen or thought about. I really appreciate the professionalism. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you very much, Jenny
The team was able to fit us in on a week where they were not fully staffed. However that did not reflect in their work product at all. They were very thorough and did a complete inspection. We did add the sewer scope as well. All documentation was professional and timely. On site, Michael and Tyler answered questions and made sure to give great explanations along with personal opinions based on experiences. I will recommend and utilize them again if needed.
