Devin was great to work with. My clients reached out to him on a Friday afternoon and he was able to get out to the perspective home the next morning! He also is able to do sewer scopes. I would definitely recommend using him!

Devin was able to do an extremely short notice inspection before we placed an offer. They did a 3 hour walk through with a member of our real estate team, was professional, friendly, and found several issues not caught in the seller provided inspection.
