5 star people, product and service! I want to thank Taylor Heating & A/C for their perfect timing of my installation of my new standby generator! Everyone has been wonderful! Ryan came out to do my bid and oversee the project, Claudia has been my goto gal in the office, Aaron and Tyler came out to do the electrical and install and Alex did the gas work. It was signed off today and when i came home from grocery shopping we heard the generator running, the power had been out due to the winds and my home was powered and warm! Totally validated my decision and im so appreciative of Taylor heating & a/c and their fantastic people!
Darin came to inspect our electric furnace and noted the fan blower wheel needed to be cleaned. Since we just had our ducts cleaned I felt this was very important in order to keep our system clean and as dust free as possible. He was very professional and also recommended that we consider a surge protection system for our unit.
We recently had a heat pump and furnace installed, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything went. From the first visit to the final installation, the whole process was smooth and stress-free.
Nar was great to work with. He took the time to go over all of our options, answered every question we had, and never once made us feel pressured or pushed toward a more expensive system. It was clear he genuinely wanted us to choose what was best for our home and budget.
