I dislike leaving negative reviews and initially didn’t want to leave any, but the clinic insists. Firstly, I was shocked to find out I was deceived. I made an appointment with a dermatologist, repeatedly confirming if it was indeed a dermatologist, as I have issues with a rash. I was assured it was a dermatologist. After waiting almost two weeks for my appointment, I discovered that the person I met was not a dermatologist! Secondly, without my consent, a referral to a dermatologist was forcibly sent, and they misrepresented themselves as my provider, all done by a nurse. I can’t understand why they treated me this way. Horrible rude staff. Called to schedule an appointment took 15 min for the receptionist to look up the name and birthday… asked 10000 times how to spell name and multiple times asking what birthday. Just to tell me they can’t see me. Save yourself time and do not come here.

What the heck happened to this clinic? I'm still utterly speechless of how I was referred to the ER instead of just being seen by a Dr since the ER is only going to refer me right back to my family dr. What is happening ???
