7 minutes late for my appointment due to an accident on the freeway. Tried calling the clinic but was left on hold until I reached the clinic. Not a single patient in the waiting room but was told I had to reschedule…. I’ve been going to this clinic for 36 years, but won’t be any longer. Horrible place! Do not recommend.
I have been a patient along with my wife and two kids with Summit View Clinic for over 15 years. I was recently referred to collections by them without ever getting a bill stating I owed money. When I logged into my chart, I had paid a bill twice and they refunded one of them. It shows a balance of 0$ and yet I was told I owed over a hundred dollars by a collections agency. No call to me from their billing, no bill listed in mychart telling me they needed payment. Just referred me to collections. I am taking my family elsewhere from now on.
Went in with my husband for a visit after he had fainted and fell. Started off when the nurse came in to do his vitals and get his info. She was loudly chewing gum the whole time and wasn't really listening to him. Once she left and the Dr came in she was very rude from the get go. Didn't really seem interested in determining cause or even looking at him. He said he had his his elbows very hard and we basically had to insist that she even look at those which she barely did. Also had to ask for her to do a blood draw to make sure nothing was going on.
