It was my first visit with Kyongi 2 weeks ago and I had requested a partial highlights appt. She was very nice, explained what she was going to do with my hair, and made me feel comfortable. I was going from black hair to highlights, and I told her I didnt want too much of a drastic change. She knew exactly what I wanted by showing her a couple picture ideas. She did a great job at achieving the look that I wanted. I got compliments on my hair, and I am looking forward to my next highlight appt with her next month. Thank you Kyongi! :)
