We had a wonderful experience from our couple of calls, meetings, and an onsite inspection by Tammy Achten, our Sales associate. We live out in the boonies in Yelm, WA- they were happy to come out our way to help! We opted for the mid-grade Carrier Heat Pump and thermostat to replace our old, broken system. We had received four estimates, and Sound Heating and Air Conditioning was the best - All-Around. All four installation technicians were friendly, clean efficient, and answered any questions I had. The removal and replacement went like a dream! Carlo and Aaron were our system installers, and the electricians were Damien and Matt. Thank you all for such a professional installation from top to bottom! We highly recommend Tammy and crew!!
