The staff were polite and friendly. They were very helpful in suggesting options in lenses that would make life easier for me at work. They were clear about what these options would do for me. After the exam, they assisted me in finding frames that looked good and would fit the needs of my lenses/prescription. They provided clear feedback on which frames looked best on my face and were clear about the costs and expectations through the purchasing process.
Wonderful, professional, respectful, friendly customer service. Each and every employee I came in contact with gets 5 stars! Picking out new frames is a particularly frustrating & stressful thing for me, and I can't give enough praise to the employee's for being extremely helpful in helping me find a pair that fit & look good on me.
