We recently moved into the area. Our AC went out as soon as we moved in. Serenity came in and took care of it. They were very easy to work with. They are very competent. They replaced the entire HVAC system in one day. Austin and Andrew were so professional and kind. What a great representation for their company. Now my A/C is fixed and I’m about to watch TV and enjoy my cool air! Thanks Serenity!
Best customer service experience always. Communication top notch! Dylan did a tuneup for the air conditioner and provided professional service with great communication and photos of the issue.
