Had them come and fix a leak that American Plumbing couldn’t find. But yet they charged us and when we tried to tell them that they missed diagnosed the problem they said they should have charged us more!!! Rainier View came out and knew exactly what the issue was and where the leak was coming from and fixed the leak. I would hire them again. DJ did an amazing job for us. If you need any plumbing work done call Rainier View Plumbing. DO NOT CALL AMERICAN PLUMBING!!!!!
Discovered leak from kitchen sink into crawlspace. David from Rainier View Plumbing assessed the problem and replaced the broken pipe very efficiently and with minimal access! This is the 2nd time we have used Rainier View and find their work very good. I highly recommend then to anyone needing a re-piping, water heater, or any plumbing repair. Their staff is good!
We are so glad we called Rainier View Plumbing and Rooter. DJ and Ryan spent 2 days trying to clear our clogged kitchen drain. We had tons of grease blocking and lining the drain. They spent many hours alternating between using the snake and water jet. Once clear, they made sure to check and recheck. These two are the most hard working, thorough and respectful service employees I’ve hired in a while. I’ll be sure to refer them to friends & family.
